Our annual project to sell ads to local businesses for the Johnston High School home game programs wrapped up. But we’ll start selling again in July! The project benefits the School Booster Club and Lions service programs, including the new Shelter Building in Johnston Commons.
The annual Farmers’ Market sponsored by the Lions will reopen on Tuesday May 31, 3:30-6:30. We return to the City Hall “Town Center” at NW 62nd Avenue and Merle Hay Rd.
The Lions Book Sale has again been set, for April 7-9 again at the Johnston Lions Club, 6501 Merle Hay in Johnston. April 7 – 4 to 8 pm, admission $3 (children free) April 8 – 8 am to 7 pm, free admission April 9 – 8 to 11 am, free admission
The Pancake Breakfast team for the Lions has set the date for the first event in a while. We’ll see you on April 23, 2022, 7-11 am.
