Our Annual Pancake Breakfast will be held Saturday, May 6, 2017. We again anticipate serving nearly 500 community members. Last year the effort raised almost $3,000 after expenses, from ticket sales and placemat ads sold to supporting local businesses. We netted well over $5,000 from our Book Sale this year, an increase of more than $950 above last year’s proceeds. We’ll donate almost all of this to the Johnston Public Library! Thanks to some great volunteers from the Silver Cord high schoolers (some pictured here) and a crew from the Youth Homes of Mid-America!
