Over 100 businesses buy ads in our Sports Program

Annually, we sell ads for local businesses for the sports programs handed out at Johnston football and basketball games, raising funds that we give back to the greater community. This year we have again sold to more that 100 businesses, accounting for as much as $23,000 income. Of course, part of that money will go to production and printing of the booklets, but the rest we will grant to good causes. Last year, we wrote a check for $7,000 to the Johnston Booster Club, for example.
